Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between pptx.ai ("Company",“we” and “our”) and the user of pptx.ai ("User" and “you”). This agreement governs User’s use of pptx.ai and our webpages located at pptx.ai and app.pptx.ai (the “Service”). This Agreement applies to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using pptx.ai, User agrees to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. User agrees and acknowledges that User has read the Agreement and agrees to be bound by the Agreement.
2. No Use by Minors. The Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing or using any of the Service, you warrant and represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and with the full authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If you are not at least eighteen (18) years old, you are prohibited from both the access and usage of the Service.
3. Intellectual Property. All content and materials provided by Company as part of pptx.ai are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. However, User, at their discretion, retains all rights to any slides generated using pptx.ai.
4. Payment. User agrees to pay the fees associated with the use of pptx.ai as set forth on the pricing page of the website.
5. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, User's access to pptx.ai will be terminated.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties. pptx.ai is provided on an "as is" basis. Company makes no warranties, expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. You expressly agree that your use of this Service, its content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of pptx.ai, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
8. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
9. Misuse of AI Capabilities. User agrees not to misuse the AI capabilities of pptx.ai. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to manipulate or disrupt the algorithms, data sets, or models that power the AI capabilities, or using the AI capabilities to engage in any activity that is illegal or unethical.
10. Permitted Use and Prohibited Uses. User may access and use pptx.ai for the purpose of generating presentations/reports to be used with applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Docs and Microsoft Word. User may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Agreement. You agree not to use the Service:

1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
3. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
4. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
5. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
6. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

1. Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Service.
2. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
3. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
4. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
5. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
7. Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
8. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

11. Validation of Results. User agrees that any results generated by the AI capabilities of pptx.ai are for informational purposes only and are not intended to substitute for professional advice or judgment. User acknowledges that any results generated by the AI capabilities may be subject to errors or inaccuracies, and agrees to validate any results and use them at their own risk.
12. Reliance on Third Parties. Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites. User acknowledges and agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services. Company strongly advises User read the applicable terms of service and privacy policies of any third party web sites or services that User visits or relies upon.
13. Changes to Service. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.
14. Entire Agreement; Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Company and User with respect to the use of pptx.ai and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between Company and User. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
